ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be processed for manufacturing after 12 hours since the order is paid successfully. An order confirmation email is sent to your email address right after you place the purchase. Please read the email thoroughly and check all the order information such as product detail, quantity, shipping address. If there is anything incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via support@usaseatcover.com or (866) 698-8869. You can change order information and cancel the order within this time. After that, only shipping address is changable.
Customized manufacturing time is 3-5 working days. When manufacturing finishs, your order will be ready to ship and processed by shipping carrier. Shipping address can not be changed then. For the first couple of days, after you receive a shipping information email, tracking information might not be accessible. The time between package scans may be several days. We can tell you that this is typical and will not affect your delivery as planned.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Our Store is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
